     "Sorry it took us so long to write you. Kevin and I finally sold our condo and moved into a house with a huge, fenced yard for the dogs. Luigi is the best dog ever...he has become such a little man. He adjusted very quickly to the Pet-A-Potty, which was great. Now that the weather is nice he stays outside alot but still uses the indoor potty mostly. Sadie (our 8 year old Shepherd mix rescue) and Luigi have become better friends. When we first brought him home she hid behind the Christmas tree drooling for hours. He still likes to nip at her ears and try boxing her, but she is much more tolerant now. She still will not snuggle with Luigi. He lays as close to her as possible without touching her....or else she cries at him. They do chase each other and eat out of the same bowl - so he does get some attention from her. He also waits patiently for pieces of treats or bones to fall from her mouth (our little scavenger). Luigi has become quite the sleeper just like his daddy- always under the covers between our legs. He has a girlfriend who lives next door who barks for him everyday (he hasn't become a barker at all- thank God- she does enough of that for both of them) She is a rat terrier named Kelly who wiggles under our fence and then they run together 100 miles an hour and play tug of war. They are going to miss each other something awful this winter. For now, Sadie just lays on the hill and babysits them.

I must say how grateful we are that you have such passion and care in what you do. Even at 8 weeks old Luigi was such a sweet, well adjusted puppy. Just as an example, one of our friends dragged us into a pet store because he wanted get some ideas as to what type of dog he may want. He knows he is NEVER allowed to buy one from there. And I mail him your articles all the time including "How Could You" because we don't think he has time for a dog. Back on to the topic, Kevin and I played with an IG they had- she was biting hard and scratching the whole time. Kevin commented how Luigi would "play bite" but only end up licking us to death. Even at 8 weeks old- he was a perfect gentleman. Thank you for all your hard work & we will be in touch when we add another IG to the family. Congrats on your Vegas nuptuals- we need to get that done someday. We are working backwards- first dog, then house..."
